ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Working with companies and communites in the areas of:
- Ecosystem Development
- Healthcare Delivery
- Community Education

To qualify for UAF involvement a company must meet the following:


1.     Business Type
Company must be considered to be part of the service industry.  UAF excludes those companies that are in the Information Technology industry.


2.    Personnel Qualifications
Company must have at least two (2) employees including the owner or manager.


3.    Business Tenure
Company must have been in business for three (3) years or less.

4.    Business Revenue
Company must have document annual revenues of between 250,000 KSh ($2,500 US) to 50,000,000 KSh ($500,000 US).

5.    Time Commitment
Company must commit to working with UAF for a minimum of two (2) years but not more than five (5) years.

6.    Ecosystem Reinvestment
Company must commit to participate in the development of the Ecosystem in their community.  To do this this must commit to as a company to providing 100 hours/year of community service and to give back 1% of their annual net profit to a community program or charity.

7.    Personal Growth Development
Company must commit to the development of their personnel.  To do this they must document completion of at least twelve (12) hour/year of personal growth development by completing  continuing education classes; attending business conferences ; or participating in business seminars.
